She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Allen Walters and Margaret Ann Hendricks. She is survived by: her husband Terry Cottingham; her son Jeffrey Allen Powell of Billing; her stepchildren, Jack L. Cottingham of Linton, IN and Brandy Holtsclaw (Bryan Brinson) of Worthington, IN; and her siblings, Linda Robinson (Jim) of Rockvale, TN and Charles Allen Walters (Cathy) of Vicksburg. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
