The memory of Joy Jean Witteried of Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Vantlin; her husband Clem Witteried; and her sister Donna Strahle. She is survived by: her sister Beatrice Biddle of Seelyville; her nieces and nephews, Mark, Mike Biddle, Jim, Brook Strahle, Tim Strahle, Holly (Strahle) and Dennis Graber; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan, Karlee, Matt and Jackson. She is also survived by her 4 cats.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Joy's Family and Home. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home (524 Broadway St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Vincennes Pet Port or the Knox County Humane Society.
