He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Bobe Fields; and his brother Johnny Fields. He is survived by: his wife Janie Osborn Fields; his daughter Natasha Fields Eckerle (Ryan); and his sisters, Lucinda Hatton, Rita Banzhof and Mary Shidler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
