He is survived by: his wife Debra (Gregory); his daughters, Jodi Newberry and Brooke Frederickson; his son-in-law Brian; his grandchildren, Hadley and Maddox Frederickson; and his sisters, Sandy Fox Knippa, Sharon Gerkin and Susie Hunt.
