He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Bloom and Marjorie B. Bloom (Hoover); and his brother-in-law Steve Fischer. He is survived by: his sister Judy A. Fischer; his nieces, Sandra Davis (Dan) and Lori Williams (Gene); his nephew Jeff Harding; his great-nephew Billy Davis; and his great-nieces, Jessica Davis, Kristie Sylvester (Jeremy) and Kaitlyn Williams.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Vincennes Shop with A Cop. Donation envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
