He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kocher; his children, Andrew Kocher (Gwen), Anne Horrall (Matt) and Keith Kocher (Melanie); and his brothers, George Kocher (Sharon) and Urban Kocher (Marlene). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
