He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Miley (Army) and Minnie Miley (Hedge); his wife Mary Ruth Evans; his son Richard Pemberton (Air Force); his son-in-law Sherrill Kasinger (Air Force); and his great grandchildren, Gerald Webb II (Indiana National Guard) and Jwan Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia Kay Kasinger, Kenneth Dale Miley (Norma), Jerry Pemberton (Marilyn) and Darrell Pemberton (Tena); his grandchildren, Jeannetta Inscore (Steve), Tracy Wollerman (Randy), Kevin Kasinger (Marie), Trina Webb (Gerald Sr.), Tammy Miley, Jonathan Miley (Teri), Justin Pemberton and Ryan Pemberton (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Samantha Kerper (Mike), Randall Wollerman III, Ashley Lykins (Justin), Daniel Kasinger (James Beasley), Tanner Miller (National Guard), Rusty Ramirez (Sal), Sammy Webb, Samuel Webb and Kodi Gower (Devin); and his great great grandchildren, Braydon, Zachary Kerper, Ransom Wollerman, Brooklyn, Makennon, Jaiden Lykins, Hayden, Raelynn Miller, Cale, Chloe, Cailynn Webb, Giahnnd Eris, Nicholas Ramirez, Aubri, Adam, Nori Webb, Mykah Gower, Aliah, Natalia Webb, Victoria Webb, Roman, Maddie B., Mykenzi, Trinity and Dixie Lynn Miley.
