It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeramiah J. McGaughey (Vincennes, Indiana), who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McGaughey and Vera McGaughey (Leinbach); his sister Gwendolyn Kiefer (Gweney); and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Hebert, Bernie Niehaus and Dick Hefferman.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara McGaughey of Vincennes; his son Scott McGaughey of Vincennes; and his sisters-in-law, Patty Niehaus, Betty DePalma (Al) and Kay Hefferman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The McGaughey family has requested memorial contributions be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
