She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Lucas and Doris Lucas (Lay); her former husband Frank Arthur; and her siblings, Betty Manning, Sally Abel, Annette Ruppel, Linda McCoy and Eugene Lucas.
She is survived by: her children, Brent Arthur, Dawn Breedlove of Vincennes, IN and Jamie Arthur of Bicknell, IN; and her grandchildren, Meghan Duncan of Santa Rosa, CA, Brittney Miller of Pocatello, ID, Erin Adams of Austin, IN, Eric Loveless of Vincennes, IN, Jesus Cancino III of Lawrenceville, IL and Brantlee Spivey of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
