With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jackie Shots of Vincennes, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Shots and Marjorie E. Alton Shots; and his brother Walter L. Shots II. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Shots; and his children, Keith Shots of Seymour, IN, John Shots of Squires, MO, Larry Shots (Sharon) of Vincennes, IN, Sherri Houchins (Joe) of Greenwood, IN and Gary Shots (Paula) of Evansville, IN.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at 521 Vigo St, Vincennes, IN 47591. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (2004 N 2nd St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the donor's charity of choice.
