He was predeceased by: his children, Michael Mikiska (Laura), Teresa Siewers, Kathyrn Williams, John Mikiska, Julie Carney (Michael), Stephen Mikiska, Stuart Mikiska (Jenifer) and Matthew Mikiska (Pam); his parents, Charles Mikiska and Georgia Mikiska; his sister Joy Zielger; and his wife Anna Mikiska.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice.
