He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Adams and Julia Adams (Bateman); his wife Geneva Ruth Turnipseed; and his son Howard Adams (Steve). He is survived by: his children, Diana Fisher and Tim Adams; his grandchildren, Brock Adams (Jessica), Jennifer Wagar (Robert), Lindsay Potter (Bryan), Mina Adams, Alexi Adams, Peter Adams (Jada) and Nikolai Adams; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Emma Adams, Boone Potter and RJ Wagar; his son-in-law Rick Showalter; his brother Forest Adams; and his brother-in-law Gene Lackey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
