He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Norma Lopez (Gonzalez). He is survived by: his wife Jill Johanningsmeier of Vincennes; his children, Henry Lopez III (Trisha) of Mount Vernon, Amy Schotter (Adam) of Vincennes and Rodney Lopez of Vincennes; his grandchildren, Derek, Katelyn Foncannon, Owen, Reid, Elyse and Elliott Schotter; and his siblings, Jeff Lopez (Katie) of Bloomington, Ill. and Gina Vasquez (Joe) of East Chicago. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Hank's family asks that friends honor his love and commitment to Knox County baseball by making memorial contributions to area programs at Vincennes Lincoln, Rivet, South Knox, North Knox or Vincennes University.
