He was predeceased by: his wife Vicki Mains; his parents, David Mains Sr. and Mary Mains (Walton); and his brother Mark Mains. He is survived by: his children, Lora Purcell and Darren Mains (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Jayden Purcell, Landen Purcell, Chase Mains and Ellie Mains; and his siblings, David Mains (Jackie), Doug Mains (Valerie) and Lisa Garrett (Marty). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
