She was predeceased by: her parents, George Otto and Bertha Marie Evans (Oexmann); her husband Joseph A. Halter; her daughter Lynne Allison Stefanik (Halter); and her sister Helen Hacker (Herbert).
She is survived by: her sons, Michael J. Halter of Clarkston, WA and Mark D. Halter of Denver, CO; her son-in-law Andrew Stefanik; her grandchildren, Amanda Mendoza (Stefanik) and Drew Stefanik of Chicago, IL; and her niece Peggy Ford (Evans) of Nokomis, FL..
