He is survived by: his sister Janice Banta; his children, Frederick E. Leydet II (Elisha), Mike Leydet (Renee), Carol Leydet and Jessica Richardson (Jerry); his grandchildren, Marissa Goodchild (Nick), Ashtin Leydet, Heather Leydet, Freddie Leydet, Branton Leydet, Daylan Leydet, Rhiannon Leydet, Sarahgrace Leydet, Hope Leydet, Daniel Leydet, Eden McCormick, Sam Madlem, Max Madlem, Logan Richardson, Mattie Richardson and Gwen Richardson; and his great grandchildren, Jayce, Greyson, Charley, Harmony and Augustus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vincennes Funeral Home (524 Broadway St, Vincennes, IN 47591). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park (919 Willow St, Vincennes, IN 47591).
