She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Foote; her husband Robert Cooper; and her siblings, Samuel Foote, Fred Foote, John Foote, Eddie Foote and Mary Roach.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Dale of Lawrenceville, IL, Jacqueline Church of Vincennes, Charles and Marge Horton of Newton, IL; her grandchildren, Jennifer Dale, Belinda Davis (Travis), Alexander Church, Ashley Dike (Tanner), Emily Dunbar, Carrie Scniepp and Douglas Horton; and her siblings, Betty Allen of Bicknell, Marge Ellis of Vincennes, Gary Foote of Kansas City, Fleta Jacqueline Donham of Kansas City, David Foote of Vincennes and Roy Foote. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
