He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Halter; his children, Mike Halter (Michelle) of Washington, IN, Brian Halter (Colleen) of Pendleton, IN, Kim Stinebaugh (Rusty) of Bicknell, IN and James Halter (Kelly) of Marietta, GA.; his grandchildren, Geoff Bilskie (Rachel Beaman), Andy Bilskie (Jennifer), Luke Halter, Elyssia Eaton, Ashley Wallace (Scott), Amy Decker (Brandon), Amanda Toth (Brad), Abby Stinebaugh (Becca), Cameron Halter, Haili Tokajer (Matt), Jacoby Halter, Christina Halter and Kensley Halter; and his siblings, Francis Halter of Vincennes, IN, Steven Halter (Marilyn) of Vincennes, IN, George Halter (Cathy) of Vincennes, IN, Judith Vieke (Ronald) of Vincennes, IN, Jane Cupp of Vincennes, IN and Mary Kay Jones (Dave) of Elgin, IL.
