He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Decker and Mildred "Turpin" Decker; and his siblings, Beverly, Paul, Alfred and Steve Decker.
He is survived by: his brothers, Mike Decker (Karen) of Vincennes, IN and Gary Decker of Freelandville, IN.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great- nephews.
