It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Deborah Sue Cutter of Vincennes, Indiana, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Linda Sue Cutter (Doty); her aunt Darla Clark (Paul Clark); her siblings, Kenneth Cutter (Sue Harmon), Elizabeth Cutter-McNeece Doll (Aaron Doll) and Stacey Hampton; her nephew Colin Cutter (Zion Hulbert); her nieces, Tatum Binford, Charanna Binford and Vivien McNeece; and her pet Marigold.
Debbie worked at the second Cutters' Way location in Vincennes, and she retired due to the pandemic and health issues in December 2020.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Vincennes Pet Port in memory of Debbie Cutter, in lieu of flowers.
