He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Grayson (Lemons) and Walter Grayson (Heaven). He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Weist); his children, Andrew Grayson (Angelia) of Evansville, IN and Kathryn Wilhelm (Todd) of Lawrence, IN; and his grandchildren, Brenden, Elliana, Alexander Grayson, Eva and Adeline Wilhelm.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Elementary Education Department Funds at Vincennes University for future teachers.
