He was predeceased by: his father James Worstell. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Ann Worstell; his children, Huck Worstell (Emily), Hank Worstell (Jennifer), Luke Worstell (Sara) and Patti Street (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brennen Worstell, Lillie Worstell, Phoebe Worstell, Landyn Worstell, Audrey Worstell, Caleb Worstell, Grace Worstell, Gretchynn Worstell, Gabriella Worstell, Gwynneth Worstell, Sam Street, John Street and Heart Street; and his siblings, Bruce Worstell (Gob) and Candy McCarty (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
