He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenville "Glen" Dawson and Jaunteel "Teel" Dawson; and his niece Amber Smoyer (Dawson). He is survived by: his wife Dee Dawson (Evans) of Vincennes, IN; his sons, Brett Dawson (Lara) of Wheatland, IN and Justin Dawson of Vincennes, IN; his grandson Rowan Dawson; his brother Steve Dawson (Margo) of Michigan; his in-laws, Larry and Linda Evans of Vincennes, IN; his sister-in-law Kim Wiggins (Joe) of Greenwood, IN; his pet Lily; and his nieces and nephews, Jared Dawson (Chris), Jamie (Annie), Jason (Rebekka), Jeffrey, Skyler, Greyson, Sarah, Nick, Renna Wiggins and Hunter Smoyer.
