He was predeceased by: his son Chris Qualls; his siblings, James Qualls and Dorothy Moore; his mother Blanche Qualls (Bell); and his great grandchild Christyn Harrington.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Qualls; his son Mike; his daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Qualls and Jennifer Qualls; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Harrington, Brett Qualls, Katie Qualls and Steph Qualls. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may go towards Christyn's Place made out to the Vincennes Rotary Foundation.
