He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn D. Carper and Sharon (Simmons); and his sister Christy Lamble. He is survived by: his children, Tessa Wilson (Allen) and David Mincey (Hayley); his grandchildren, Lexie, Lillian, Rebekah, Davion, Lyla, Dawsyn, Jarett, Gavin, Faylyn, Levi and Peyton; and his brother Glenn Carper.
