It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chester Stearns of Vincennes, Indiana, born in Knox, Indiana, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Stearns and Opal Stearns (Lynch); his wife Rose Mary Stearns (Sheren); his daughter Anna Marie Madison; and his siblings, Roscoe "Rock" Stearns, Richard "Dick" Stearns, Mary Audrey Waters and Patricia Anthis.
He is survived by: his children, Chester "Chet" Stearns Jr. (Leisa) of Vincennes and Angela Sizemore of Oaktown; and his sisters, Mickey Strader of Vincennes and Sharon Anthis of Vincennes. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
