He was predeceased by: his father Avid N. Williams; his wife Delores Williams; his sisters, Bonnie Robb and Eva Aline Fox; his daughter Vicki Ellermann (Larry); and his granddaughter Cara Williams.
He is survived by: his significant other Delores Jean Bowers; his children, Ronald Williams (Kim), Charles Williams Jr., Karen Williams and David Williams; and his brother Paul Williams (Kim). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
