He was predeceased by: his parents, Goldie Kenneth Clark and Helen Ruth "Chambers" Clark; and his siblings, Ellen Clark, Mary Ammons, Kenneth Clark, George Clark, Bob Gene Clark, Donald Clark, Harold Clark, Daniel Clark and Mark Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann "Clark" Clark; his daughters, Phylis Ann of Indianapolis and Anita Lynn of Oaktown; his grandchildren, Kristopher Cody Hettich (Julia) of Chelsea, Kristin Michelle Bye (Brian) of Vincennes and Kassandra Leigh Hettich of Lebanon, Indiana; his sister Donna Contreras of Laredo, Texas.; and also, Ember, Vera, Augustus, Bennett, Camila, Ashlyn, Adam, Easton, Nathan, Riley, Maverick and Keaton. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
