He is survived by: his wife Linda Phipps (Allred); his children, Wendy Phipps, Tina Allred, Christopher Scott Phipps and Darrell Allred; and his grandchildren, Brittany Cook, Megann Phipps, Mae Cook, Katie Cook, Gracee Cook, James Allred, Kaylee Hughes, Anson Hughes and Hunter Hughes.
