He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Dowdy Foster (Heath) of Switzerland County, IN; his children, Amy Thomas (Rick) of Madison, IN and Scotty Foster (Becky) of Madison, IN; and his grandchildren, Allison Rent, Christopher Rent, Alivia Foster and Isabella Kilborn.
