She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Elliott and Mary Frances Elliott (Boggs); and her siblings, Ronnie Elliott, Rosemary Tice and Gloria Richards.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Denver Bailey, Jr. of Fairview, IN; her daughters, Rhonda Partin (Chris) of Fairview, IN and Christina Wagner (David) of Vevay, IN; her grandchildren, Dalton Wagner (Destiny Brown), Owen Wagner, Bailey Castle and Rosemary Partin; her great grandchild Madelyn Wagner; and her siblings, Wanda Kittle (Eddie) of Center Square, IN, Pauline Cunningham (Robert) of Fairview, IN and Bobby Elliott (Brenda) of Lebanon, OH. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
