He was predeceased by: his parents, LeeRoy Cloat and Juanita Louis Widener (Sanders); and his brother Richard Lee Cloat. He is survived by: his sisters, Tawonna Konkle (Donald, Jr.) of East Enterprise, IN and Melinda Cloat of Vevay, IN. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
