She is survived by: her husband Baxter Osborn, Sr. of Vevay, IN; her sons, Neal Osborn (Lisa) of Vevay, IN and Steven Osborn (Brittany) of Vevay, IN; her grandchildren, Jessica Shackleford (Steven), Ashley Marcum (John), Brooklyn Osborn, Rivers Osborn and David Carter; her great grandchildren, Abby Shackleford, Brayden and Kylie Marcum; and her siblings, Harley Roark (Mildred) of Holton, IN, James Roark (Dana) of Holton, IN, John Roark (Linda) of Madison, IN, Joe Roark (Debbie) of Osgood, IN, Mark Roark (Teresa) of Linefork, KY, Bonnie Kieffer (Bo) of Osgood, IN, Bonita Halcomb of Linefork, KY, Tina Wingate (Jim) of Canaan, IN and Martha Hammons of Canaan, IN. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
