He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Worth, Lorraine E. Sieglitz (Pendry), Luther Aaron Penick and Florence A. Penick (Vice); and his uncles, Fred Wayne Penick, Luther Allen "Butch" Penick, Jr. and Charles Edward Sieglitz.
He is survived by: his parents, Dr. John Chris Sieglitz and Sundra Lou Whitham (Penick); his stepparents, Floyd Whitham of Vevay, IN and Carol Sieglitz of Vevay, IN; his brother John Sieglitz of Vevay, IN; and his stepbrothers, Timothy Floyd Whitham (Jayna) of Edwardsville, KS, Thomas Courtney Whitham (Melanie) of Louisville, KY, Travis Michael Whitham (Rebecca) of Louisville, KY and David Henninger (Angie) of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
