It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella Bennett of Vevay, Indiana, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stella Bennett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Wayne; her granddaughters, Janet and Betty; her parents, Wesley Warren and Alice Romans (Bryanton); her husband Stanley L. Bennett; her daughter Betty Jo Lauderbaugh; her daughter-in-law Donna Bennett; and her siblings, Edith Kelly, Bessie Scudder, Falba Brinson, Iva Courtney, Nadine Furnish, Lela Lauderbaugh, Mamie Morris, Amy Ehler, Hazel Bailey, Stanley, Arthur, Isaac and Salem Romans.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon Bennett (Nancy) of Rising Sun, IN and Janet "Peachy" Kent (Robert) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Laura Sullivan (Jim Fortner), Jeffrey Bennett (Erin), Stacey Harsh (Matt), Eddie Bennett (Carey) and Kevin Kent (Julie); her great grandchildren, Jana Houston (Bart), Allen Kent (Stephanie), Sarah Perkins, Alissa Keillor (Scott), Katie Jo Robinson, Ryan Sullivan (Anna), Anna Sullivan, Rachel Lowry, Evan Harsh, Max Harsh, Alinna Bennett and Scott Bennett; her great great grandchildren, Lynk Houston, Bailey Jo Houston, Anthony Perkins, Jacob Kent and Raiden Stephenson; and her grandson-in-law Fritz Robinson. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
