She was predeceased by: her parents, Audren Alfred and Esther Marie Chance (Carter); and her siblings, Benny Campbell, David Campbell, Patricia McKinney and Debbie Bennett.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Douglas (Donald) of Vevay, Teresa Smith of Seminole, Kathy-Jo Cruz (Luke Utter) of Louisville, Kentucky and Richard Hofer (Tara) of Vevay; and her siblings, Carol Welch of Fairfield, Linda Glandorf of Fairfield, Brenda Rockwell (Harold) of West Chester, Ohio and Richard Campbell of Cincinnati. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
