He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse "Slim" "J. R." and Hattie Roark (Baker); and his siblings, Gregory Roark, William Eugene Roark and Marie Roark.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Roark (Campbell) of Vevay, IN; his children, Rebecca Wagner (Jason) of Vevay, IN, Rachael Mueller (Jarrid) of Vevay, IN and Robby Roark of Canton, OK; his grandchildren, Kendra Roark, Ethan Roark, Lucas Roark, Jessica McClellan, Serena Wagner and Bobby Roark; his great grandchildren, Ryker, Veronika and Cyrus McClellan; and his siblings, Larry Roark of Hanover, IN, Jeff Roark of Vevay, IN, Steve Roark (Pamela) of Bennington, IN, Joey Roark of Bennington, IN, Lou Collins (Kenneth) of Hamilton, OH and Rosetta Combs (A. C.) of Hamilton, OH. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
