He is survived by: his wife Donna Lou Martin (Beutel) of Vevay, IN; his children, Ona Lynn Martin of Carrollton, KY and Jason Wayne Martin of Carrollton, KY; his grandson Mason Alexander Martin of Carrollton, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Mark, Mike, Steve, Robbie Tevis, Kaylee Bowling, Sidney Robison, Larry Robison and David Holmes.
