She is survived by: her grandchild Shannon; her husband Harold "Dean" Hambrick of Vevay, IN; her children, Shane Dorton (Christie) of Linn, MO and Shannon Whelchel (Jennifer Martin) of Lake Ozark, MO; her stepdaughters, Angela Splain (Mike) of Vevay, IN, Katrina Hambrick of Miami, FL and Stephanie Perez of Mount Orab, OH; her grandchildren, Ethan Whelchel, Kayla Dorton and Hayley Dorton; her siblings, Jackie Fugate (Henry) of Scottsburg, IN, Lisa Rieman of East Enterprise, IN, Pat Sullivan (Phyllis) of Scottsburg, IN, William "Bill" Sullivan (Rosemary) of Madison, IN, Ted Sullivan (Linda) of Madison, IN, Clayton and Charles Tandy; and her friend Janet Clark of Vevay, IN.. She is also survived by her step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
