He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Hart and Shirley Hart (Briggs); his daughter Peggy Sue Hart; and his brother Nicholas W. Hart. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Susan Hart (Ackerman) of Pleasant, IN; his sons, Toby Hart (Hannah Perry) of Vevay, IN and Chad Hart (Dawn); his grandchildren, Lane Hart, Kelli Hart, Ryan Hart, Tristan Hart and Riley Hart; and his sister Mary Jo Combs (Allen) of Columbus, IN. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
