She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Martin and Emma Martin (Carrico); and her brother-in-law Jim Smith. She is survived by: her husband Shawn Patrick Quigley of Vevay, IN; and her siblings, Allen Martin (Patty) of Louisville, KY, Judy Smith of Louisville, KY and Linda House (Tom) of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
