She is survived by: her husband Tom Keith of Versailles, IN; her parents, James William Hayes and Sarah Pearl Hayes (Edelman); her husband Lawrence; her brother Everett Hayes; her stepsons, Bob Lothridge, Dick Lothridge and Bill Lothridge; and also, Ernie Keith (Dana) of Fairview, IN and Doc. She is also survived by her several step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and nephews.
