She is survived by: her spouse Hurdis Rose; her daughter Michelle Springer (Bubby Lewis) of Vevay, IN; her grandsons, Nick Smallwood and Blake Green; and her brothers, David Barlage of Cincinnati, OH, Robert Roberts of Cincinnati, OH and Daniel Roberts of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by her several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
