He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Turner and Lula B. Turner (Smith); his wife Hazel Lorraine Turner (Jones); and his siblings, Edith Martin of Virginia and Dave Turner.
He is survived by: his daughter Peggy Ann Yount (Willie) of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Haley Yount-Janusiewicz (John) of Fishers, Indiana and Jim Semlor of Glendale, Washington; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Kai, Eve, Logan, Anna, Eva and Drew; and his siblings, Vella Hufford of Mobile, Alabama, Tommy Turner of Rising Sun, IN and George Turner of Moores Hill, IN. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.
