She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred J. Cook and Mary M. Cook (Mulford); her former husband Thomas K. Tellas; her husband George Irvin Lloyd; her daughter Janice Irene Waldo; her granddaughter Brenda Waldo; and her son-in-law William H. Waldo.
She is survived by: her close friend Jeff Gunnoe of Vevay, IN; her grandsons, Brent Waldo (Amanda) of North Vernon, IN and Bruce Waldo (Linda) of Sunman, IN; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Connor Waldo and Katherine "Sue" Bruce of Vevay, IN..
Due to COVID-19 and keeping with the CDC guidelines, masks are required along with social distancing.
