He is survived by: his parents, Tevin Wooten and Tiffany Wooten (Lucas) of Vevay, IN; his grandparents, John Robert, Debi Lucas of Moorefield, IN and Susan Shelton of Florence, KY; his aunts, Randa Combs (Josh) of Versailles, IN and Dorothea Swan (Jimmy) of Union, KY; his uncle Trey Shelton of Florence, KY; and his cousins, Mason Combs, Ellie Combs, Mason Swan and Ajanai Ross.
