She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Griffith and Isabell Griffith (Jackson); her husband William Thomas "Bill" Self; her son Wade Tyler Self; her siblings, Charles Edward, James Chester Griffith and Marilyn Riley; her sons-in-law, Ronnie Darrell Keller and Birley Wynn; and her brothers-in-law, Douglas Wolf, Glen Waren, Robert Smith and John Wright.

She is survived by: her granddaughters, Debra and Vicki; her children, Wyatt Self (Michelle) of Moorefield, IN, Debra Ann Keller of Moorefield, IN and Vicki Wynn of Indianapolis, IN; her daughter-in-law Barb Lucas of Moorefield, IN; her grandchildren, Jason Wynn, Cory Wynn (Mary), Carrie Reed (Scott), Candice Aguilar (Eddie), Kimberly Barkman (Nicholas), Andy Lucas (Shelby), Kyle Self (Shauna) and Willie Self (Sydney); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Grayson, Beckett, Ava, Weston, Archer, Adeleigh and Case; her siblings, Eugene Griffith (Nancy) of Madison, IN, Alberta Waren of Indianapolis, IN, Carolyn Wolf of Indianapolis, IN, Louise Smith of Madison, FL, Joan Wright of Indianapolis, IN and Lucille Shoemaker (Bill) of Indianapolis, IN; and her brother-in-law Kay Riley of Fairland, IN. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
