He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Smith (Jim) of Patriot, IN, Rita Turner (Tom) of Rising Sun, IN, Pam Jones (Bennie) of Barboursville, KY, Gina Hammond (Dwight) of Warsaw, KY, William "Bill" Gulley of Vevay, IN and Allen Gulley of Vevay, IN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
