It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Tucker of Vevay, Indiana, born in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henry Wynkoop and Blanche Grace Wynkoop-Bloom (Lorey); her husband Ralph Tucker; her brother George Logan Wynkoop; her stepparents, William Bloom, Andrew Bubonic and Mae Wynkoop; her parents-in-law, George Dewey and Muriel Tucker (Romans); her siblings-in-law, Geneva Green, Kenny Tucker, Donald Tucker, Duane Armstrong and Earl Green; her niece Adinna Devon Armstrong; and her nephews, Shawn Lee Armstrong and Brian Tucker.
She is survived by: her friend Bonnie Pegg of Vevay, Indiana; and her siblings, Daniel Wayne Wynkoop of Knoxville, Tennessee and Shirley Ann Young of West Virginia. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
