She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Wilford Conway "Bill", Jewell Ray "Judy" Dickerson (Clemons), Hobart M., Ada M. Smith (Koons), Willie Edward, Elma Marie Cook (Ryle), Virgil Lee and Tina Helen Hutton (Hobbs).
She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Wayne "Tim" Cook (Jessica Ballard) of Rising Sun, IN and Ginger Renee Kincaid (Smith); her daughter Kambrie Elyse Lay of Switzerland County, IN; her stepfather Scotty Kincaid of Rising Sun, IN; her siblings, Tyler Cook of Rising Sun, IN, Keegan Kincaid (Tealsee) of Patriot, IN, Hunter Kelley of Rising Sun, IN, Kelly Jo Kincaid (John Craig II) and Bowen Cook of Rising Sun, IN; her nephews, John Craig III, Brixx Kincaid and Adari Kincaid; her grandparents, Gardy, Priscilla "Toy" Smith of Patriot, IN, Donnie and Mona Cook of Rising Sun, IN; and her aunts and uncles, Carol, Mike Poling of Quercus Grove, IN, Gina, Jason Hall of Hidden Valley, IN, Troy Smith of Patriot, IN, Jana and Maurice Norvell of Rising Sun, IN. She is also survived by her several cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles and numerous friends.
Due to COVID-19, masks are required along with social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Education Fund for Kambrie Elyse Lay c/o her father, Richie Lay.
